Courses Available
Degree courses on offer at the Loftus Education Centre include:
- Bachelor of Commerce (first year)
- Bachelor of Commerce - Management
- Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting
- Bachelor of Commerce - no major (replaces Bachelor of Business Administration)
- Bachelor of Commerce (Hospitality) (replaces Bachelor of Business Administration-Hospitality)
- Bachelor of Commerce (Event Management) (replaces Bachelor of Business Administration-Event Management)
- Master of Management
- Master of Retail Management
- Bachelor of Science Education: will move to Wollongong campus from 2010
- Bachelor of Mathematics Education: will move to Wollongong campus from 2010
Advanced standing can apply to students who have completed
various relevant TAFE or other Tertiary qualifications.
Loftus Education Centre becomes UOW Southern Sydney from 2010
From 1 January 2010 the Loftus Education Centre will change it's name into University of Wollongong Southern Sydney. This name reflects better the fact that we are part of the University of Wollongong, providing university education to Southern Sydney.
